1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 calendar days of the purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories (such as warranty cards, tags, boxes, and certificates of authenticity).
- Exclusions: We do not accept returns on customized, engraved, or special order items. Additionally, sale items or gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return your item, please follow these simple steps:
- Step 1: Contact our Customer Service team at info@ratiichill.com or call (765) 864-0027 to request a return. Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the reason for your return
- Photos of the item (if required for verification)
- Step 2: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number and send you instructions for returning the item.
- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all documentation, tags, and accessories. Write the Return Authorization Number on the package for easy identification.
3. Return Shipping
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
- Return Process: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Return Address: Once your return is approved, we will provide the address for returning the item. Please ensure you follow the instructions carefully to avoid any delays.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Process: After we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Refund Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed. The timeframe for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for items. If you would like a different model, color, or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@ratiichill.com or call (765) 864-0027. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the item at no additional cost.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned defective item, our team will inspect it and issue either a full refund, a replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Timeframe: Please report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving your order for prompt resolution.
6. Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Customized Watches: Watches that have been engraved or altered in any way cannot be returned.
- Worn Watches: Watches that have been worn or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
- Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Restocking Fee
In some cases, a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price may apply, particularly if the item has been opened, used, or is missing parts or accessories. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
8. Return Fraud
We take return fraud very seriously. If we suspect that returns are being made in violation of our policy, we reserve the right to deny any returns and block future purchases from that account.
