All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day. -

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. -
Business Days:
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer various shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner. The available options are as follows:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
International Shipping
Currently, Ratiichill only ships to United States addresses. We are actively working to expand our shipping options and hope to offer international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address during checkout to avoid delays.

For apartment or suite numbers, please ensure you provide the full address to prevent any shipping issues.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure all orders are delivered on time, Ratiichill cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or external factors such as:

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost Shipments:

Damaged Items:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly send us an email with your order number, a description of the damage, and photos of the damaged items. We will either replace or refund the damaged product, depending on the situation.
