All products listed on the RATIICHILL website are subject to availability. While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, there may be instances where certain watches are out of stock. In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to either:
 
Choose a comparable item of equal value
Cancel your order and receive a full refund
Pre-order the item (if applicable) and have it shipped as soon as it becomes available
2. Pricing
Product Pricing: All prices listed on our website are in US dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Discounts and Promotions: From time to time, RATIICHILL may offer special discounts, promotions, or sales. These discounts apply only to specific items and are subject to terms outlined in the promotion details. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are additional and are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees may vary based on your location, the shipping method selected, and the weight of the products in your order.
3. Order Confirmation and Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation includes the details of your order, including the items purchased, your billing address, shipping address, and the total amount charged.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. However, during peak times (such as holidays or sales events), processing may take longer. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.

7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at info@ratiichill.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow our Return Policy to return the item.
In some cases, cancellation requests may be subject to a cancellation fee if the order has already been processed or shipped.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased from RATIICHILL are non-returnable and non-refundable.
They can be redeemed for purchases on our website and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless you provide proof of purchase.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping your luxury watches. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
 
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged or defective item.
Provide photos of the damage or defect, along with your order number, to info@ratiichill.com.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and the nature of the issue.
10. Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items (see our Return Policy for full details). Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and unused. Some items may be subject to restocking fees.
